Return and Refund Policy (Australia)

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Rights

Archer Industrial upholds your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy outlines our returns and refunds process, but it's important to know that the ACL may provide you with additional rights.

Change of Mind Returns

We are happy to offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for most products. This means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a change of mind return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at hello@archerindustrial.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your package.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns.
  • We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@archerindustrial.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense.

Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or safety regulations. These include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item and then place a new order for the desired product.

International Orders

We do not currently offer a separate cooling-off period for international orders outside of Australia.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return.
